The services above are what we do. This is how we handle the things that usually go wrong.
The quote does not change on the day. The most common complaint about furniture movers in Dubai is a price that rises once the truck is loaded. Our quote changes for two reasons only, and we tell you both before you book: the item list is different from what you described, or access is different from what you told us — a broken lift, a higher floor, a longer carry. Anything else, the number stays.
We photograph every item before it leaves the room and again when it arrives. If a scratch is already there, you know it was already there. If it happened with us, you have the proof and so do we. This takes five minutes and removes the argument that ends most moving jobs badly. And if we do damage something, we report it before you find it — minor marks and scratches we repair or compensate on the spot, and anything structural is resolved with you before the crew leaves your property, not by email a week later.
The crew that arrives is on our payroll and has moved furniture before. Furniture damage almost always comes from people who lift wrong, stack wrong, or do not know that a marble top chips at the corner before the surface cracks. We do not hire from the labour market the morning of your job.
For anything larger than a single item, we confirm floor, lift size, permit requirement, and truck parking before we give a price. It is why we ask questions before quoting — a quote given without those answers is a guess, and guesses get revised upward on moving day.
And if your item needs a crane, a lift-off through a window, a piano specialist, or a certified antiques handler, we will say so and point you elsewhere. Taking a job we cannot do properly costs you more than a referral does.
