Office Relocation Services in Dubai and UAE — Moved Without Losing a Working Day
The real cost of an office move isn’t the furniture. It’s the day or two your team spends unable to work because the desks arrived but nothing is where it should be.
We provide office relocation services across Dubai and the UAE for small and mid-size businesses — the 10-desk startup, the 30-person agency, the clinic moving to a bigger unit. Moves run over a weekend or after hours at the same rate as a weekday, every item is labelled to its destination desk before anything is lifted, and our carpenters rebuild your workstations at the other end so staff come back to a desk they can sit down and use.
Office relocations start at AED 1,500. Send us your desk count and both addresses and we’ll quote the same day — no survey required for most small offices.
Office Relocation Cost in Dubai and UAE — What You'll Actually Pay
Most office movers won't give you a figure until they've surveyed your premises. We publish ours, because you need a budget before you can get approval to move.
Office size | Within Dubai
| To another Emirate
| Typical duration
|
|---|---|---|---|
| Up to 10 desks — small office, co-working, clinic | AED 1,500 – 4,000 | AED 2,500 – 5,500 | 4 – 6 hours |
| 10 – 25 desks | AED 4,000 – 12,000 | AED 6,000 – 15,000 | 1 day |
| 25 – 50 desks | AED 12,000 – 30,000 | AED 15,000 – 35,000 | 1 – 2 days or one weekend |
| 50+ desks or a full floor | Quoted on survey | Quoted on survey | 1 – 2 days or one weekend |
Weekend and after-hours moves are charged at the same rate as weekdays. There is no out-of-hours surcharge, which matters because most Dubai towers only permit moving outside business hours anyway.
Three things move a quote within these ranges:
- Volume — desk count, storage units, meeting room furniture, and how much is being discarded rather than moved
- Access at both ends — floor number, whether there’s a service lift and how big it is, loading bay availability, and how far the carry is from the bay to the unit
- What needs dismantling — modular partitions and large storage units take longer than standalone desks
Everything above includes the truck, driver, crew, packing, loading, transport, unloading and reinstall. We don’t itemise add-ons onto the bill afterwards.
What Our Office Relocation Services Cover
Every office move is handled end to end by our own crew. Here’s what each stage involves.
Pre-move survey and floor plan
We walk both premises where the job needs it, check lift dimensions, loading bay access, truck parking and the building’s permitted moving window at each end. Your new seating plan becomes a labelled move map, so on the night every item has a destination before it’s picked up. For offices under 10 desks we can usually plan this over the phone from photos.
Inventory, labelling and packing
Every item is logged and labelled against its destination desk — monitors, CPUs, docking stations, chairs, pedestals, archive boxes. We pack with 5-ply cartons, heavy-duty bubble wrap for screens, anti-static bubble for electronics, and PE foam for polished surfaces. Labelling by desk number is what turns unpacking into placement instead of a search.
Workstation dismantle and reinstall
Desks, modular partitions, pedestals, meeting room tables, storage units and reception counters. Our carpenters dismantle what won’t move assembled, bag and label every fitting per unit, and rebuild to your new floor plan at the destination. Fittings go missing far more often than furniture gets damaged — bagging them per unit is what prevents it.
IT, server and cable handling
Workstations, network switches, patch panels, UPS units and server racks are disconnected, labelled port by port, transported and reconnected. We coordinate with your IT team or provider on timing so the network is live before your staff arrive. Cables are labelled at both ends, not coiled into a box.
Documents and confidential files
Archive boxes are sealed, numbered and logged, then delivered to the right room rather than stacked in reception. For regulated businesses that need a record of what moved and when, we keep an itemised list through the job.
Desk-to-desk reinstall
Everything goes back to the right desk, built and positioned. Packaging is removed before we leave. Your team arrives to a working office, not a floor of boxes.
Weekend and After-Hours Office Moves
Almost every office move we run in Dubai and UAE happens outside business hours, and we charge the same rate for it.
Part of that is practical — most towers in Business Bay, DIFC and along Sheikh Zayed Road restrict moving to evenings and weekends, so it isn’t really optional. But out-of-hours moves are also simply faster. The goods lift is free, the loading bay is clear, and there’s no queue behind you. A job that would take a full day during office hours often finishes in an evening.
A 20-desk office moved on a Friday evening is working again by Sunday morning. We dismantle and load Friday night, transport and reinstall Saturday, and leave the IT reconnected and tested before Sunday.
If you can’t close the whole office at once, we run phased moves — one department or one floor at a time, so part of the business stays live throughout. This is common for offices with a support desk or a trading function that can’t go dark.

Offices We Relocate Across Dubai and the UAE
We work mostly with small and mid-size businesses — the moves that are too big for a van and too small to interest the international relocation firms.
- Startups and SMEs moving out of co-working into their own unit
- Clinics, dental practices and medical offices
- Law firms, accountancies and consultancies
- Real estate and brokerage offices
- Tech and software companies
- Showrooms, retail back offices and training centres
- Free zone companies relocating within or between zones

Office Movers Across Dubai
We cover every commercial district in the city: Business Bay, DIFC, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, Barsha Heights (TECOM), JLT, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Deira, Bur Dubai, Al Quoz, Dubai Investment Park, Jebel Ali Free Zone and Dubai South.
Access differs more than most people expect, and it changes what a move costs and how long it takes:
- DIFC, Business Bay and Sheikh Zayed Road towers usually require a moving NOC from building management plus a booked service lift slot. We arrange both, but the building typically wants 48 hours’ notice.
- Free zone offices in JAFZA, Dubai South and DIC need a gate pass arranged in advance for the truck and crew. Without it you lose an hour at the gate.
- Al Quoz, DIP and Jebel Ali warehouse offices generally load at ground level, which makes them quicker and cheaper than a tower move of the same size.
- Older buildings in Deira and Bur Dubai often have limited truck parking, so we plan a smaller vehicle and more trips rather than one that can’t get close.

Office Relocation Across the Emirates
Beyond Dubai we handle office moves in Abu Dhabi — including Mussafah, Khalifa City and Al Ain — as well as Sharjah, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah. Inter-emirate office moves are usually weekend jobs. Mussafah industrial units need a morning slot to clear the gates ahead of peak traffic, and Sharjah restricts goods vehicles on some roads at certain hours, so we schedule around both.
How an Office Move Runs, Step by Step
- Survey and plan. We check both premises, confirm lift sizes, loading bay access and permitted moving hours, and agree on a date. For small offices this is often done from photos and a floor plan.
- Floor plan and labelling. Your new seating plan becomes a move map. Every desk, unit and box is tagged to its destination before move night.
- Permits and access. We arrange the building NOC, service lift booking and loading bay slot at both ends, plus gate passes for free zone premises.
- Move at night. Dismantle, pack, load, transport, unload. Heavy items and storage units go first, screens and electronics travel upright and separated.
- Reinstall and handover. Workstations rebuilt to the new plan, IT reconnected and checked, packaging removed, and a walkthrough with your facilities contact before the crew leaves.
Why Businesses Choose Our Office Relocation Services
These are the commitments we make on every office move.
A price before the survey, not after
Our ranges are published above. Your quote changes for two reasons only, and we tell you both before you book: the item list is different from what you described, or the access is different from what you told us. Nothing gets added at handover.
No weekend or out-of-hours surcharge
Evening and weekend moves cost the same as weekdays. You shouldn’t pay a premium for moving at the only time your building allows.
One coordinator from survey to handover
You get one person and one number for the whole job. On move night you’re not explaining your floor plan to a call centre.
Our own crew, our own fleet
Movers, packers, carpenters, electricians and drivers on our team, with 1 to 10 ton pickup and cargo trucks. We don’t put day-hire labour on your server rack.
Desk-to-desk reinstall as standard
Not an upsell. Rebuilding workstations and placing everything at the right desk is part of the job, in every quote.
We’ll tell you when we’re not the right firm
If your move needs international freight, customs clearance, or a specialist data-centre migration, we’ll say so and point you to someone who does it properly. Office moves across the UAE are what we do, and taking a job we can’t do well costs you more than a referral does.

Frequently Asked Queries
The quote we send is the amount you pay, provided what we move matches what you told us. The two things that change a price on the day are items nobody mentioned — a safe, a server rack, a store room of archive boxes — and access that turns out to be different from what was described, such as a service lift that is out of order. If either comes up we tell you the revised figure before the crew starts, not after.
We tell you straight away, before you find it yourself. Minor damage to furniture is repaired or the item is replaced. Anything of real value — IT equipment, glass, specialist machinery — should be declared when you book so it is covered properly, and we’ll confirm in writing what is and isn’t covered before the move. Nothing is left for you to discover on Monday.
Sensitive files are sealed in their own crates, kept together, and loaded last so they come off first. If you want them locked, bring your own seals or padlocks and nobody opens them except your staff at the other end. For regulated offices we can keep a signed list of which crates left and which arrived.
Yes. This is common when a fit-out overruns or the lease dates don’t line up. Furniture and equipment go into storage and come out when you’re ready. Storage is charged separately from the move, and we’ll tell you the monthly figure before anything goes in so it isn’t a surprise on the final bill.
Tell us at the quote stage and we’ll clear them when we clear the office. Most landlords expect the unit returned empty, and leaving old furniture behind is a common reason deposits get held. Usable items can often be sold or donated rather than dumped, and we’ll tell you honestly which of yours are worth anything.
